Valentine's Gift Guide 2018

So many people dislike Valentine's Day, which I think is a real shame. I know it's easy for me to say, what with me being in a relationship, but I really do look forward to it each year. It is, after all, a day celebrating love! In all its shapes and sizes.

Red Roses Bath Oil - Jo Malone London

On 14th February, I won't just be telling my fiancĂ© that I love him, but also my best friends and my family. As a teenager, I remember resenting the day when the red roses and cards would do the rounds at school and none would land on my desk - but it was always made so much better by my friends. And every year until I left home, I'd find a Valentine's Day card waiting for me with a Love from ?  scrawled at the bottom, knowing full well it was from my dad, and only occassionally acting bemused over the sender's identity {love you Daddy}.
White Lavender Heart Tealights - The White Company

So whether or not you have a partner, this day can definitely still be great - and is just another excuse for champagne and chocolate, to enjoy with others or solo {I promise I won't judge if it's the latter}.
Leather Crossbody Bag - LK Bennett

Last year, I cooked Mr MM and I a three-course meal at home {I made this recipe of Jamie's for dessert and it was utterly delicious} - we had a lovely bottle of Prosecco, and caught up over a peaceful dinner in the middle of a busy week. It was perfect. This year, we'll be doing pretty much the same.
Heart Print French Bowl - Emma Bridgewater

Another tradition which seems to have stuck is my gift guide - I can hardly believe it's here for the fourth year running! If you're panickedly looking for something to give to a loved one, hopefully you'll find some inspiration here.
